Throw O.J. in the slammer

Gawwwwd. He's back. I really can't believe the Goldman's want to put their name behind his trash novel. I'm shocked they are going to publish the "if I did it" manifesto afterall. I agree with the Brown family -- blood money. Who cares about the civil court judgment ... money isn't going to "punish" this misogynist pig. Maybe he'll get thrown in the slammer for his latest crime in Vegas. Don't drop the soap, O.J.

Uh, Senator Craig - step down!

You aren't who you say you are ... you pleaded guilty to the charges. You are presumably leading a double life and should not be a public servant. Has nothing to do with the fact that you may prefer men, but has everything to do with you being in the closet (and on the DL -- your wife should step down also!).

Take that JACK!!!!

Judge Melvin Sandvig made the temporary restraining order against Jack McClellan permanent with a modification. Rather than requiring McClellan to stay 10 yards from any minor child within the state, he is now barred from coming within 10 yards from places where children congregate. Sandvig emphasized the responsibility of adults to protect children and went on to say that in the world we live in we simply cannot be with our children 24-7.

GOVERNOR SCHWARZENEGGER SUPPORTS SMYTHS SURROGATE STALKER ACT

SACRAMENTO Governor Schwarzenegger is now backing Assemblyman Cameron Smyths Surrogate Stalker Act and will be working with the Assemblyman to ensure that this legislation is a top priority. The surrogate Stalker Act, which will help serve as a permanent fix to surrogate stalkers such as Jack McClellan, is an urgency bill authored by Assemblyman Smyth.

Jack (ass) Alert - he's out

Self-proclaimed pedophile Jack McClellan was released from custody Tuesday after the Los Angeles city attorney's office determined that the restraining order he was arrested for allegedly violating was defective and dismissed its criminal case against him. UGH! Let's hope prosecuters can regroup and go after him again. Especially sending positive vibes to Anthony Zinnanti, one of two attorneys who sought the restraining order on behalf of their daughters and other minors. Stay after this kook.

Where's your head at city attorneys?

Regulators, Mount Up!

AP reports that parole agents today will begin notifying as many as 2,100 recently paroled sex offenders that they have to move because they live too close to schools and parks in violation of Jessica's Law, which bars sex offenders from living within 2,000 feet of places where children congregate. Go CA!

Ticking time bomb

I can't believe this Jack McLellan asshole. Amen for the judge who had the balls/ovaries to issue the temporary restraining order requiring him to stay at least 30 feet from any child in California. This got him arrested earlier in the week when he was found outside of a daycare center on the UCLA campus. Pundits are speculating whether the TRO is a violation of McLellan's Constitutional rights and if it will be overturned. Anything that keeps this jerk off the streets is fine by me. He crossed the line by blogging about his pedophilic tendencies. This country needs more judges like the one who issued the TRO!

Monster truck rolls into crowd

Okay. Didn't a race car do something like this recently in Tennessee? When will we, as a society, wise up and realize that this crap is dangerous. Why are spectators -- especially children -- allowed to be so close to these spectacles? I don't get it. If this is your thing, knock yourself out. Attend whatever redneck event you want, but keep the kids at a distance or better yet, leave them at home. I ask: WHERE'S YOUR HEAD AT?

Who's your stylist, babe?

Once known for his "wall of sound" recording technique, Phil Spector will forever be known for his "wall of hair." Nice look for court, pal!
